HappyCXO Studio is a team based in Taiwan that works remotely with small and mid-sized manufacturers and trading companies. We provide a dedicated digital marketing team member: a named lead, backed by specialists and AI tools, who runs your website, SEO, B2B marketplaces and online store operations and reports weekly against agreed KPIs.
Why HappyCXO Studio exists
Plenty of small manufacturers and trading companies have good products, loyal customers and nobody whose job is marketing. The website was built years ago. The marketplace store gets impressions but few inquiries. The owner or a salesperson keeps it all running after hours.
Hiring rarely fixes it. One marketer has to cover the website, SEO, marketplaces, content, email and reporting. Few people can do all of that, the ones who can are expensive, and when they leave, the logins, the know-how and the momentum tend to leave with them. Agencies, meanwhile, usually deliver a project and move on.
So we built a role instead of a project: a dedicated team member who works in your accounts every week. A named lead owns the results, with specialists and AI tools behind them. AI does the volume work; people make the judgment calls, and a person reviews everything before it is published or sent in your name.
How we work

A named lead
One person is your contact and answers for results. Specialists in web, content and marketplaces support them, and you don't have to manage the specialists.
People review AI output
AI drafts, sorts and compiles. Nothing is published, listed or sent in your name until a team member has checked it. Where a tool offers the setting, we keep your content out of public model training.
Accounts in your name
Websites, marketplace stores and ad accounts stay in your company's name. Each team member signs in with their own named account, gets only the access the work needs, and loses it when the engagement ends.
KPIs and a baseline first
Before work starts, we agree on KPIs and record a baseline, including the hours your team spends on these tasks today. Progress is measured from where you started.
A report every week
What was done, what moved and what's next. We also review results against the baseline with you regularly and agree on what to focus on next.
Continuity
If a team member leaves, we assign and brief a replacement. Your processes are documented in your account, so the work doesn't stop.

A former senior project manager at Foxconn, working on manufacturing procurement, supplier evaluation and cost control. Knows how industrial buyers evaluate suppliers, compare quotes and read spec sheets.
Co-founder, cross-border e-commerce and CRM
Specializes in cross-border e-commerce and CRM implementation, and has long worked with small and mid-sized businesses in Taiwan on online sales and customer management.
Where we are and how we work with you
- Based in Taiwan. Working remotely with manufacturers and traders.
- We have no US office or US employees. Video calls are scheduled in advance. Our workday falls in your evening and overnight, so routine work often moves forward while you're offline.
- We work with you by email, a shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, and video calls during your business hours, and reply to demo requests within one business day.

- We're not a staffing agency or employer of record. Hiring, pricing, supplier and contract decisions stay with you, and we don't give legal or HR-compliance advice.
- We don't promise rankings, inquiries or results by a date. We agree on KPIs with you and report honestly against them.
- We don't publish, list or send AI output that a person hasn't reviewed.
- We don't blast unverified lists. Outreach follows the FTC's CAN-SPAM rules and stays at modest volumes.
- We don't hand over a deliverable and disappear. The work continues week after week.
